Aksarben village developer annouces lease agreement with fidelity national title group

Fidelity National Title Group, insurance underwriting operation, to occupy 67,000 square feet with space.

OMAHA, Neb., June 10, 2009 – Noddle Companies, the lead developer of Aksarben Village properties, today announced that Fidelity National Title Group, has signed a lease agreement for 67,000 square feet of space located at 2111 S. 67^th Street.

Between this announcement and other business residents at Aksarben Village, the available office space is now 85% leased in all three of Noddle buildings in Aksarben Village.
