Aksarben village developer annouces lease agreement with fidelity national title group

Fidelity National Title Group, insurance underwriting operation, to occupy 67,000 square feet with space.

OMAHA, Neb., June 10, 2009 – Noddle Companies, the lead developer of Aksarben Village properties, today announced that Fidelity National Title Group, has signed a lease agreement for 67,000 square feet of space located at 2111 S. 67th Street.

Fidelity National Title Group will share a building with Olsson Associates, a progressive, forward-thinking engineering firm. Between this announcement and other business residents at Aksarben Village, the available office space is now 85% leased in all three of Noddle buildings in Aksarben Village.

Other businesses and retail outlets situated in Aksarben Village include DLR Group, Godfather’s Pizza, Grubb and Ellis, Juice Stop, Paradise Bakery, Security National Bank, University of Nebraska Foundation and Wohlner’s Neighborhood Grocery. Combining these with the residential space nearing completion, Aksarben Village is quickly achieving Noddle Companies’ and the other Aksarben Village Developers vision of incorporating office and residential space with shopping, dining and entertainment to create a vibrant and diverse urban setting.
