Southport

Southport is a 100-acre office and commercial development in Sarpy County and presently includes PayPal, Inc. In addition to the two office buildings occupied by PayPal, Southport will include three more office buildings, totaling another 80,000 square feet, as well as a new Embassy Suites hotel and convention center and other hotels. It will also be home to La Vista Pointe, with a 25,000 square foot Cabela’s destination store and a retail-oriented lifestyle center offering shopping, dining and entertainment.
