Cass County Economic Development Council

Cass County Nebraska Economic Development Council was founded in 2000, and is a joint venture between the county’s public and private sectors. CCNEDC formally joined the Greater Omaha Economic Development Partnership in 2008.

CCNEDC is a nonprofit membership corporation organized to help Cass County grow through recruitment and development of commercial and industrial enterprises.

Cass County includes the cities of Plattsmouth, Eagle, Elmwood, Louisville, Murdock, Murray and Weeping Water.  The county also includes the village communities of Alvo, Avoca, Cedar Creek, Greenwood, Manley, Nehawka, South Bend and Union.


To attract, retain and grow businesses and jobs for all of Cass County Nebraska.
